Privacy Policy

Sphurit Technologies Pvt Ltd (Holistic) is the data controller for the account and website data described here. For the business data you put into your workspace, you are the controller and we are your processor — we handle it on your instructions to provide the service.

• Account details: your name, email, mobile number and the business you register.
• Workspace data: the records you create — customers, invoices, tasks, files and similar — and the data of your own customers that you choose to store.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and actions taken, used to run and secure the service.
• Payment data: billing details processed by our payment partner. We receive confirmation and limited metadata, not your full card number.

• To provide, maintain and secure the service and your account.
• To process payments and send transactional messages (receipts, security and service notices).
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To improve the service and understand how it is used, in aggregate.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use the business data in your workspace for advertising.

We share data only with service providers who help us run Holistic— hosting, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, and analytics — under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for those purposes. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We store data with reputable cloud providers and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, including access controls, encryption in transit, and tenant isolation so one workspace’s data is not visible to another.

We keep account and workspace data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can request deletion as described below.

• Access, correct or update your personal data.
• Request a copy of your data, or its deletion, subject to legal retention.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
